India Against Corruption !

Dear Citizens of India, The British left India in 1947 and India was declared a free country. Independence has not been achieved in the true sense. It is only that the regime has changed. Only power has changed hands from a bunch of foreigners to a bunch of our own country men who a now looting us. It is understandable that the British were exploiting us, bleeding “Mother India” and plundering our national wealth, but it is disgusting to see our own elected representatives doing the same, even worse. It is these corrupt people who have deprived us of the well-being and development which India dreamed during the Satyagraha, Quit India Movement and the INA’s struggle led by great men like The Mahatma Gandhi and Subhash Chandra Bose. The selfless sacrifices of Bhagat Singh, Azad and Khudiram are going in vain with the scams that have surfaced in the years after Independence. Indian kept quite for a long 63 years and the corrupt grew bolder by each scam that was forgotten to reach a level where they have sold the nation. Mother India has been sold several times by these pimps, every mother and every sister in the country has been subjected to humiliation by these b******s. These scoundrels have snatched food from millions of hungry children. Several hundred thousand tribals have been deprived of their livelihood. It is a “slow genocide” of sorts. It is the right time for an uprising against “Crime against Humanity” involving 1.2 Billion people. Every scheme by the Government is becoming a scam. Be it SEZ or Adarsh or 2G – spectrum or S-Band or CWG everything is scandalous and the person heading the country is sitting silent. People are being fooled, tricked and pushed into darkness and hopelessness. Even after 63 years of “Swaraj” has the situation really changed? Please ask yourself these questions. How many of us are really enjoying our freedom without fear? Why does a minister’s/richman’s drunkard son or daughter mow down common people on the road driving a BMW or a Ferrari and yet go scot-free? Why are we intimidated by the police when we go to a police station to file a report? Why does a politician – builder nexus grab farmers land? Why it is impossible to approach a Government official without bribe? Why does a 16 year old brother get beaten to death while trying to save his sister from being raped? Why does a senior citizen commit suicide waiting for his pension? Why is a martyr soldier’s wife humiliated by a minister or a government official? How does a terrorist enter Mumbai and kill 200 innocent people? Isn’t the Government accountable for all these? Yes the Government is accountable. It is time to ask for an account of every penny you pay as tax. It is not only those paying income tax but all the people of India who pay taxes in the form of Sales Tax, Entertainment Tax, VAT, Service TAX and so on. These are only a few questions but I am sure 1.2 Billion people will have a 120 Billion more questions. Can the Government answer them? India demands an answer to all these questions. 1.2 Billion Indians are coming. Join the campaign started by Anna Hazare.
