Elgibility : – 85 % of total amount ( based on ur annual income also.)

Interest : 8.75 % interest, floating (Our’s is– 9.25 % interest rate
--------- is fixed for 5 years, after that floating. )
Processing fee : Rs 11,500

Pre –closure charges : 2 %
